Steps to licensing
Click on the button below to complete the application form. Submit the form along with the $150 application fee. The application fee
is non-refundable, so before you commit make sure it’s right for you. If you’re not certain please
contact us and set up a phone call to be sure we’re a good fit.
Once we receive your application and fee a licensing staff member will set up a phone interview to talk with you about the next steps.
Once you've been accepted as a good licensing candidate you will be sent a contract to sign and send in with your license fee ($495).
You will also receive a link to a “Background Check Authorization Form” which you can fill out online. We perform a background check
on all teachers. This requirement is waived if you work in a school and can provide evidence of you background check from them.
Once we receive your signed contract and payment we will send you a login to access our Online Training Program and we will create a
webpage for you or your school on our website. You can also access your new webpage and enter your bio, contact information, and class
schedule information, to start advertising your upcoming classes if you are an independent.
When you've completed the training and we've received your Training Worksheets, and once you have declared a date for
your first set of classes, we will send you your first unit’s “Magic Box”, which includes all the props, visuals and lesson
plans you need to teach that unit. You can then watch training videos for that specific unit in your language, and practice your lessons
with the props until your first classes begin.
We recommend allowing at least 4-8 weeks to complete the training and practice your lessons before starting a class in your community.
